The Customer and FireStream (or any one of them as the context requires) The invoice issued by FireStream to the Customer setting out the Fees (which may include an itemised bill on request or where this is specified as part of the Services provided to the Customer) The date on which FireStream issues the Invoice to the Customer (which date is reflected on the Invoice), being the date specified by the Customer in the Service Order Form The fee payable by the Customer to FireStream in consideration for the provision of the Services The equipment (being moveable property) specified in the Service Order Form and supplied by FireStream to the Customer on the basis of a loan, rental or otherwise, to enable the Customer to utilise the Services
will be liable for the payment of the Fees and/or FireStream has agreed to provide the Services to and/orġ.12.3. has applied for the Services (using an Service Order Form or otherwise) and/orġ.12.2.
